3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the service lawfully and in line with applicable SMS/email regulations

Ensure you have permission to contact your customers

Not use our system for spam, harassment, or misleading advertising

4. Messaging & Consent

Our service may send SMS messages on behalf of businesses. You confirm that:

Your customers have opted in to receive messages (or messages are transactional and legally permitted)

Every message includes opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP”)

You will not upload or use purchased/rented lead lists

5. Payments

If applicable, payments are billed according to the plan selected and may include recurring subscription fees and/or usage-based charges. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation

Clients may cancel according to their agreement. Some plans may have minimum terms. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not waive unpaid balances for services already delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBooked Tradies is not liable for:

missed bookings, lost revenue, or business interruption

phone carrier filtering/blocking

SMS/email delivery issues caused by third-party providers

8. Third-Party Services

Our system may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., phone carriers, SMS gateways, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website/services means you accept the updated Terms.
